I attempted to add more international credit to my phone service and it wont allow me because it only allows a certain amount per month false advertising do not buy this phone if you need it for international service!

My account was suspended and I can't contact customer service.
I recharged my account 2 days ago and it's still suspended.

I bought my child a pinwheel phone and at the time it was bundled with Ultra Mobile. Pinwheel has since corrected this flaw.
Ultra mobile has terrible coverage. Dropped calls, not receiving or sending texts where all others carriers can. Madison WI should not have 'dead zones' They force a prepaid plan then make it very difficult to cancel. When I did make the time to dedicate 25 min with their customer service I was told there is no refund on the plan.
7 months of phone service unused and no refund is a crime. SHAME ON THEM

I was playing it said insufficient funds and I had $33 on my account now I'm down to 96 cent that's b*****But I have enough time to make multiple Google accounts and post bad reviews so I'll just take a loss on my money like that that's not cool at all also it's not letting me proceed on this page for it to even post anything of the proof of me losing out on my money that's b*****terrible customer service

I lost my cell phone with my SIM card I went to the dealership and you could not replace it as you're not authorized to do so but they did give me a new SIM card ask me to call ultra Mobile which I did providing with five phone numbers outgoing one and you feel too verify it the number is accurate and you cannot give me any more help Metro fact I lost two months of service as I made 6 months in advance highly recommend you guys after wasting my hours full hour talking to two representative to avoid this company go somewhere else

I've been a customer for almost 3 years. This is my first review. Good & bad.
Customer service representatives are 100/% polite and professional. Everytime I've had a issue.
I received excellent customer service and effective resolution under 8 minutes or less.
I do however wish the signal and coverage I get were better. After my 5 GB are finished the regular dial up is slower than a turtle barely even moving. Thank you to all the customer service representatives. Y'all are amazing.

Mi mamá iso un pago por línea y pago 51$ en total con la targeta y después cuando ella pago las 2 líneas le mandaron un mensaje que estaba bloqueada la línea y no teníamos internet y yo llame y al servicio al cliente y me digiero que solo tenía que pagar 24$ y cuando fui ala tienda me subieron que eran 76$ y me Isisieron ir asta la florence y broadway en la tienda de bosst mobile que se encuentra en ese lugar y tuvimos muchos inconvenientes con los dueños del lugar y desian que teníamos que pagar 71$ y no sabía que avía pasado con los 51$ que mande por línea pienso que esas personas no son buenas para ese trabajo mi mamá le estaba mostrando que desis en el mensaje que solo tenía que pagar 24$ para que estuviera todo bien pero ellos no querían

Made an appt yesterday with manager because cashier couldnt leave front deak and other employee washing hair..mgr said I was all set from fake eyelashes and brow tint. I ARRIVED today and general mgr very curt said nothing on books could try to squeeze me in later time.I explained sons wedding could I take 10 15 no empathy just kept repeating what she couldnt do. Really poor interaction general mgr didn't believe me and I asked for her to call mgr to confirm
