Ultra Mobile - Worst

I didn't receive my sim card which I ordered online, so I bought from store and asked Ultra mobile customer service to transfer my credit but they didn't do. I lost my money and wasted my time talking with customer service. Their customer service is also too poor. Never buy Ultra Mobile sim card. {{Redacted}}

Ultra Mobile - Customer service does not speak good english very bad cumn

Yes twice they still could not comprehend. This is every time i call. Ridiculous. Loss my phone for the whole month suspended my phone and still want me to pay next months bill. I do know what suspended means

Crap data reception. Stuck for a month with this trash. Can't watch one video with out constantly seeing loading wheel and interruptions. DON'T BUY. NO COMPRE!!
