My account was blocked due to unusual activities because I reffered others but I used my email address I didn't know if it can cause a problem to my account

I accidentally put in the wrong Zip code for my data plan. It will not allow me to edit it. I can only edit it from my payment,which does nothing.Is there a way on your end to edit it to my city zip?

I am outside the United States. I activated international roaming credit.

Now I am told my line has been blocked. I need them to unblock my line.

Since yesterday, I can't call or text. I bought another SIM card and I called online for activation, but my phone is still not working.

I bought ultra purple at walmart. The ICCID is consist with 19numbers and 1letter!!!

How??? They asking 19numbers, i input the number only, but invalid

I called the customer service, and she said that my card is expired which the date is 10/25/2026

And will reach to me asap, well already 5days...

I had this number 929698**** before. But my phone is broken and I am having my iPhone repaired at the Apple Store; they replaced my phone.

Consequently, I lost my number so now I want to activate that number on my new phone please. I've been trying to call Ultra Mobile Customer Service but nobody answers.

You guys open from 6 am to 6 pm. So when I called you guys, you didn't answer. You said you were closed, which didn't match what you guys said on your website.

They advertise international roaming and calling but they don't have that! They only have a limited amount and they don't let you purchase more.

False advertising!

A total lie! Why would you prevent paying customers from purchasing more minutes?

Yesterday I made a payment and they charged the money but they did not activate my phone. I need the money or to activate my plan

I attempted to add more international credit to my phone service and it wont allow me because it only allows a certain amount per month false advertising do not buy this phone if you need it for international service!

They suspended my account.

My account was suspended and I can't contact customer service.

I recharged my account 2 days ago and it's still suspended.

I bought my child a pinwheel phone and at the time it was bundled with Ultra Mobile. Pinwheel has since corrected this flaw.

Ultra mobile has terrible coverage. Dropped calls, not receiving or sending texts where all others carriers can. Madison WI should not have 'dead zones' They force a prepaid plan then make it very difficult to cancel. When I did make the time to dedicate 25 min with their customer service I was told there is no refund on the plan.

7 months of phone service unused and no refund is a crime. SHAME ON THEM

I was playing it said insufficient funds and I had $33 on my account now I'm down to 96 cent that's b*****But I have enough time to make multiple Google accounts and post bad reviews so I'll just take a loss on my money like that that's not cool at all also it's not letting me proceed on this page for it to even post anything of the proof of me losing out on my money that's b*****terrible customer service

they were very patient with my situation, especially when compared to T-Mobile! The tmbole customer service teps were so impatient and stubborn.
