I bought my child a pinwheel phone and at the time it was bundled with Ultra Mobile. Pinwheel has since corrected this flaw.

Ultra mobile has terrible coverage. Dropped calls, not receiving or sending texts where all others carriers can. Madison WI should not have 'dead zones' They force a prepaid plan then make it very difficult to cancel. When I did make the time to dedicate 25 min with their customer service I was told there is no refund on the plan.

7 months of phone service unused and no refund is a crime. SHAME ON THEM

Even though I was put on hold for a while but when I finally get to talk to someone, he was able to solve my problem. What I will want them to improve is that when listing options by the automation machine, they should include an option for customers to speak with an associate.
