You are stealing my money. There isn't any telling how much money y'all have stolen from people, and I'm reporting to the better business bureau and the federal trade commission.

I want to ask you please to resolve my as soon is possible.
This is a mess How can be possible to penalize me for an error that your customer service associate just committed. Please again I want to ask you to resolved my case as soon as possible.
If you take a look in my case since the beginning you will find out the mess by the beginning of this month I called to your customer service in order to pay the service the pay was for $193.17 and the pay was charged doubled so when I founded out I called your customer service to request for the refund And I was told that the refund will be processed in 7-10 days today I founded out that my serviced was suspended because the refund for the double charged is being processed I was told today by the customer service associate and I consider this unfair due that if the error was made by your associate how come I was penalized for something that is not my fault.
I called the customer service twice today in both calls they placed on hold for long time due that I requested for a supervisor but during the time I was placing on hold both calls were disconnected or they just disconnected the calls . Again how come I have been penalized for something that I didnt not committed. I am here without service. Please again this a complaint And I need this to be resolved as soon as possible.
Also please I ask you if possible to review my case including with the calls I made because supposedly the calls should be recorded and monitored plus the customer service associate should be reading the notes on file . This a mess please refer this to a supervisor or a higher associate to resolve this matter if any additional please let me know.

Suut my service off,. Gav them 2 weeks and they still could not get it going. Have so far hung up on me 4 times. Rude obnoxious FIlipino people working for them. I hope their CEO is happy for firing the USA working to hire these incompetent jerks so he can be rich.
Now making excuses not to port me out, which violated FCC regulations. They hold your number hostage, and will not refund despite 5 months left on the plan. DO NOT BUY MULTIPLE MONTH PLANS. THEY RIP YOU OFF
I have to sue them for 3 times the amount for conversion of my money. If I could sue them for being incompetent jerks, I would.
Complete *** working for them, and their CEO does not care.

I can't get any real person to speak with I have been trying for over 3 hours to speak to representive and busy kept getting hung up on I also am a decorated United States Marine Special Forces 10 years and I was in the hospital for over 7 days

I have changed the phone number and SIM card my old number is not active and and my auto renewal is off but you have charged me . That number is not active and my new number is paid off .so please refund my payment thanks.

I bought ultra purple at walmart. The ICCID is consist with 19numbers and 1letter!!!
How??? They asking 19numbers, i input the number only, but invalid
I called the customer service, and she said that my card is expired which the date is 10/25/2026
And will reach to me asap, well already 5days...

I had this number 929698**** before. But my phone is broken and I am having my iPhone repaired at the Apple Store; they replaced my phone.
