Hard to make payment
Ultra Mobile is a pain in the a... to make a payment online.
Unlike other carriers such as Metro PCS, Ultra Mobile asks you for a "password" in order to make a payment online. If you forget your password, it promises to send you a text message with new password, which never arrives
- Telephone itself works well
- Difficult to communicate with them
- Even to make a payment

I could not get into the store because you do not have push buttons on it I am in a wheelchair.
I waited for someone to come and open the doors for me because I could not open them when I got into the store I asked if you had any castor oil products the woman said no and walked away. I was in awe because of the way I was treated.
Why do you not have push buttons on your doors?
There's other people that are in walkers or canes that cannot maneuver the doors I will be getting in touch with Michigan disability. Donna Meister Smith Midland Michigan

Verified Reviewer |Ultra Mobile is a SCAM. I have been their loyal customer for the past 10 years
So in late 2012, a friend had informed me that they switched from Metro PCS to Ultra mobile so after hearing about their plans and especially the price I also decided to switch to Ultra mobile and bought the 2GB for $39/month and also signed up for AutoPay. Fast-forward to August 2022, I bought and added a 2GB for $19/month to my account.
At this point I had forgotten that my original plan was also 2GB for $39/month because it was purchased for more than 10 years ago. So on Friday 10/27/2023, I decided to check Ultra mobile website for any promotion because I need a new line for my child. To my greatest surprise, 2GB has been upgraded to 3GB, but this time for $14/month. So I decided to give them a call to ask for family plans.
This was when I found out that all these years, Ultra mobile has been stealing from my credit card, charging me $39 for a $19 product. When I asked the representative why? All the representatives that I spoke with blamed it on me because I signed up for AutoPay and when I asked for a refund. They said it is against Ultra mobile policy to return my money and that they are sorry for taking the money.
Please, someone, help me. When I checked the internet, I saw that 2GB has been $19/month since 2019.
So presently Ultra Mobile is owing me about $1000, they stole from my credit card as over-charge. Please help me
